Shoetopia selling faulty shoes and you have to pay to return them!

I bought fitflops online, only to receive them and they were faulty. I complained and was able to return them seemlessly. the process is not the problem, the fact that I had to pay R100 for the return courier for faulty shoes is! I spent money on delivery and return courier and so am now out of pocket for R200 for shoes that had a fault. My learning - never buy online from Shoetopia ever again. I would understand if I had made a mistake but the shoes had the fault yet I still had to pay for that. I have no trust anymore and will never purchase from Shoetopia ever again!
