Purchased a pair of sandals from Shoetopia and have sent many emails asking about the 'actual size' of this particular brand because it's about a cm shorter than all my other shoes of the same size. Despite begging for a response, i still haven't received a word from them. So their promise of a return/refund policy is to be questioned

I ordered a pair of Ugg slippers. I then got informed 6 days later that they didn’t have stock. When I checked on the website they were still listed but at a higher price. I asked them to confirm their stock and they definitely didn’t have them. I was very disappointed that I didn’t receive them and took almost 2 weeks to get notified & refunded. Will never use them again. Waste of time & a lot of effort for nothing

I ordered a pair of Ugg slippers. I then got informed 6 days later that they didn’t have stock. When I checked on the website they were still listed but at a higher price. I asked them to confirm their stock and they definitely didn’t have them. I was very disappointed that I didn’t receive them and took almost 2 weeks to get notified & refunded. I bought fitflops online, only to receive them and they were faulty. I complained and was able to return them seemlessly. the process is not the problem, the fact that I had to pay R100 for the return courier for faulty shoes is! I spent money on delivery and return courier and so am now out of pocket for R200 for shoes that had a fault. My learning - never buy online from Shoetopia ever again. I would understand if I had made a mistake but the shoes had the fault yet I still had to pay for that. I have no trust anymore and will never purchase from Shoetopia ever again!

I bought fitflops online, only to receive them and they were faulty. I got a voucher with the intent to build on this to purchase a pair of boots. A year later prior to expiry when i went back , i was told they no longer use THAT particular voucher , they will need to find it on the system to check validity. I waited for a call which never came , upon me following up still nothing was done . Long story short , the staff at the warehouse are slow and dont offer much help , barely a smile to customers that walk in. Im sitting with a voucher worth R1000 of MY money that i couldnt spend at your store because of your system changes and ineffieciency to keep tabs on your voucher system. I literally gave you R1000 of my money for nothing. How can this be resolved because im not even sure i want to purchase anything from your brand anymore.

They are selling reject fitflop sandals . Gave them to repair over a month ago and had no response. Now they want me to pay to have these sandals repaired . It’s unacceptable.

Ordered shoes from Shoetopia on 1 July. They confirmed the order. On 2 July I got a mail saying that there was an error on the web page that gave me a wrong price, could I please pay them another R1,000. I did. They confirmed the receipt of the money on the 2 July. It is now 10 July - no shoes, they forgot to put the order in!!!!!!!!!!
