Game/RCS I previously posted about a delay in refund and countless calls I made to sort it out. Well after posting on Hellopeter I received a call. Then I sent evidence. My suggestion is that when dealing with Game on chat "take screenshots" which I did. Staff from both RCS and Game online have been polite. Furthermore email them, it helps. Problem resolved and apology accepted.
SHOCKING SHABBY TREATMENT- I ordered a freezer on my account which had a delivery by 13 December 2024. I waited, on 13th was informed by online chat courier has a 5000 backlog. Canceled and was assured my account will be credited. After many MSNY MANY calls and promises to get back in 24 to 48 hours no result. I'm paying a 2nd amount of interest. Emails to websupport and merchant services - no reply. They politely fob me off on phone. Spent over R200 on calls. I get told that I received it LOL yet I have a screenshot of 13/12 chat that a T Jacob's will escalate cancellation. How unfair and frustrating. A company I actually like treating a client badly.
