Had our insurance policy with Momentumfor over 10 years . Our service with our consultant Princess has been extremely reactive . We went out to check whether we were getting the best in price only to realise we are paying R1000.00 per month more . This is unacceptable it’s a *******
I had a Vodacom contract for over 30 year . We have cancelled this contract and would like to take a flexiplan contract . Furthermore we added R29.00 when the contract expired on the 29 January .No trace of this money and Vodacom is refusing for us to keep our original number for the new contract . Have left many messages and have not had a courtesy of a response.

Makro uses substandard service providers and they have not idea of what’s been delivered . When you arrange for a refund they take 21 -30 days for the refund .thus service is unacceptable.
I advertised an advert for letting on Property 24 & clearly indicated no agents . Received 4 requests from Amanda requesting to advertise the property for me for a commission. I went back to her that we really need no agents. She was extremely rude and arrogant.
Our car is fully paid for and we have motor plan until 2027. Took our car for service and requested for a full diagnostic test to be done , the dealership we took the car to advised the are not allowed to provide of their diagnostic test . This is a serious problem from our experience whilst the car is on motor plan very little work is done on the vehicle. The day it come off motor plan Mercedes are happy to provide a full diagnostic report . Cannot understand why they have taken this approach. It certainly prejudice their customers. It’s truly unacceptable.
I have raised my query with Stsndard Bank Online Share trading from early October , with Michelle Tshabalala, the delays and non response has been extremely poor and certainly not client centric .
I took my car for service to Mercedes Johannesburg North and spoke to Carlo Janikram, their customer service manager to do a full diagnostics test on my vehicle , which he confirmed they did the diagnostic test , however they cannot disclose the test results to me , as they are not allowed by their headoffice. As I am the owner of the vehicle I am entitled to this information. It is ******** for Mercedes not giving me the required information.
PicknPay online advertised Neurobion on special, tried in at least 5 branches in the Sandton area no one has stock , we to their online , sent messages from the 3 June , daily to Kaylin got a ref no and no response
Makro using sub standard service providers , bought a pond pump over two months ago , no plug and returned it the same day .They took almost a month to pick up and not received a refund yet
