I got a voucher with the intent to build on this to purchase a pair of boots. A year later prior to expiry when i went back , i was told they no longer use THAT particular voucher , they will need to find it on the system to check validity. I waited for a call which never came , upon me following up still nothing was done . Long story short , the staff at the warehouse are slow and dont offer much help , barely a smile to customers that walk in. Im sitting with a voucher worth R1000 of MY money that i couldnt spend at your store because of your system changes and ineffieciency to keep tabs on your voucher system. I literally gave you R1000 of my money for nothing. How can this be resolved because im not even sure i want to purchase anything from your brand anymore.
I was approved for a contract on the 13th February for the handset i wanted. 3 Weeks went by with me calling back and forth for answers only to be told that they have no stock and cant say when they will be getting in. I asked that they cancel which they did and i applied for another handset. This time i was provisionally approved with a limit which i was not happy with but agreed none the less , I needed a new phone because mine is on the blink. I specifically asked the lady what size storage , she replied 128gb. What colour , green and grey , I asked for green. Today they deliver a handset , gray in colour and only 64gb storage. Do I cancel again , can they swop this and send me what i asked for and what was promised in their recorded calls they have for their reference?! Email MTN they refer you to Mondo , call Mondo the system is always offline. No use in emailing or chatting on the messenger app for FB because you chat to an autobot with the most limited menu ever. Can I please have feedback as to whether this phone can be returned and i can be given what i ordered? I am even willing to go to a store myself to swop if need be.
I applied for a contract and got approved on the 13th already. Its 2 weeks later almost and i have had no further feedback from them , no device delivered. I cant understand what the hold up is and why no contact can be made with the clients to keep them in the loop with what is going on? I have to call back and forth and i just get told the same thing repetitively , I have to wait for DSV to call. Surely MONDO or MTN can advise if the order has been dispatched??
I contacted Nedbank on Friday and was helped by a consultant online telephonically. My loan was approved but 72 hours later nothing has been paid out or commmunicated other than "its still with verifications". I havent changed any personal details , ive banked with Nedbank for a few years already so they can see my income clearly yet the application is with verifications since Friday. I then realised that the application must have been completed incorrectly by the agent because i received 2 sms's one stating Incorrect Employment details and the other stating my personal details are insuffiient? Can i please get feedback on this today , i urgently required the funds last week already , if its been declined for some reason can i just get feedback? You cant promise the same day approval and payout and yet here we are days after the fact with little to no answers coming from the agent that handled the application or the agents on app chat.
<p>I lodged a claim on the 1st June after being mugged on my way to work. I gave all the relevant details , the case number , the Sergeant dealing with the investigation timeously and 17 days after the fact I still dont know the outcome of my claim. I called in twice a week apart from each other because nobody kept me up to date and got different stories (the calls are recorded please verify what Im saying) , at 1st I was told my glasses would not be covered as its not specified and then I was told that they were waiting for replacement costs to finalise? Only to receive a call on Tuesday past to say that NO administrator has been assigned to the claim and the admin was not processed as yet? I have never had any problem with this company before , neither have i when it comes to my debit order going off and I think its only fair to inform your customers or keep them up to date with what is happening. Almost a month has passed by can I please get proper feedback.</p>
I called in a while ago to enable this on my debit card and was told that it would be done , I have just tried to purchase using my card and it was declined. I have an online shopping order with PNP scheduled for tomorrow evening and this is likely to decline aswell.<br> <br> As explained telephonically , I do not own a car and this is the easiest way for me to do my shopping , I never had an issue with my cheque card at FNB but was told by Absa staff that you no longer issue cheque cards?<br> <br> Where does this leave me now? I pay through my neck with banking fees and dont get proper service
Maybe I misunderstood but when I opened this account , I was assured of all the benefits and a fixed fee to pay monthly. I understand that returned debit orders should be charged but R130 + for this is ridiculous! Other accounts offered have no charge or very minimal costs why am I paying over a hundred rand?<br> <br> I cant keep up with things as is , I expect my bank to be working in may favour not against me , how can I cut down the costs on banking fees?<br> <br> <br>
I called in yesterday to notify you that the wrong amount is being debited from my account. The debit authorisation form I signed in July already clearly states R300 you are deducting R500 for the past two months.<br> It is a concern that your admin staff are not functioning as they should , debiting unauthorised amounts is illegal and you are a legal firm?<br> I would like to be refunded the excess taken for the past 2 months , I have explained that I am already under debt review and in a tight spot.<br> Please contact me back with a solution to this, as per my call yesterday to your offices this was suppose to have been resolved and clearly it was NOT.
My account was debited on Friday evening and the amounts went off successfully. Much to my surprise the amounts were debited again lastnight , I cant afford for double debits to have gone off this is going to cause that the remaining debits on my accounts for other accounts be returned. Please check your system and accounts and refund the monies to my account. I signed a debit order form for X amount only anything else being deducted is theft in my opinion. Please rectify this urgently as I have other accounts to also pay and you will not be covering any penalties I have to incur now due to your oversights!
My account with FNB has been inactive for quite some time. I think the last salary paid into this account was in March of last year , I sent an email informing the virtual branch that the account would not be active due to me being placed under debt review. I have been called and harassed now by attorneys because I now owe almost 4000 rand in bank charges? How does this accumulate to this amount over a year? The creditors were informed that I was under debt review and should not have been debiting. Then to top it off , I get a call that the smart device payment for January 2014 didn't go off my account , R74 , more than a year later? <br> Can someone please help me , I need bank statements and clarity on this. I am under debt review as is and cant afford much else.
