I had such hope for this company. They have damaged 80% of our parcels in the last 2 months and their advice from their "Regional Manager"is to change our packaging in place of training their *********** staff.....SLIPPERY SLOPE

Dear Mr. Victor, As CEO of Cartrack, you should be aware that your organization is actively failing its customers. I have repeatedly requested the transfer of a Tracker to a new vehicle following the sale of my previous one. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this, no action has been taken. Worse still, your staff do not issue reference numbers or provide any record of these requests, making follow-up impossible and service accountability nonexistent. In the meantime, I am charged for a service you are failing to deliver. This is not just poor customer service — it is a breach of the most basic operational standards. Your inability to oversee a simple tracker transfer is wasting my time and undermining my contractual obligations with third parties such as Santam. At this point, it appears you are either unaware of the incompetence under your leadership or indifferent to the systemic failures damaging your company’s reputation. I expect immediate action to resolve this matter. Should there be no satisfactory response, I will have no hesitation in escalating this further, including formal complaints to regulatory bodies and legal counsel. This is your opportunity to rectify the situation. I suggest you take it.

Then you have to travel 25km to the bank to finger verify yourself It does not matter I am trying to run a business but i must play silly admin games. Be careful before you buy anything you may need to return!!! My air conditioner was faulty so I asked for a return collection. 2 weeks later the courier kept sending a reschedule after they broke down? Eventually in frustration I delivered to TakeAlot and now they have the air conditioner but will not give any explanation as to where it or my my exchange is ??? They enjoy taking your money but zero back up service!!! You cannot speak to anyone either, just their Facebook Page or seemingly half trained staff!
