Waiting for Wedding dress!!

I ordered and paid for a dress I bought for my sister on 26 Jan 2016. Her Wedding dress!! After two days I emailed them to ask for my tracking number. They said that the payment was still not showing. They said the dress will be shipped 7 to 10 days after the payment shows. On Monday 8 Feb Carmen told me that the dress was ready to be shipped the following day. Thursday 11 Feb I phoned to enquire and the lady who answered told me that they are still making the dress. Since then I have had no response from them.
