Placed 2 orders in March, nothing received
<p>Placed 2 orders in March 2016, paid both, now 3 months later, tons of calls and emails sent but no feedback. Carmen didn't even bother to phone back or respond to any of my emails! All I want is my money back. Now even the website no longer exists. This is sick, can't believe that people would do this to others! They don't even deserve one star!!! Stay away from shopiton guys, they take your money and disappear!!!!! </p>

<p>I placed an order with shopiton on the 8th of March 2016. up to now i have not received my order. they dont answer the phone or bother to contact me. but they were quick to take my money.</p>

Pathetic Service and False advertising products that was delivered was not near the item originally ordered. Waited over 5 months for my parcel

Rude. Lack of feedback. Lousy customer service.
If you want something go somewhere else!! Do it now! Anywhere else! This company is PATHETIC. Do not waste your time and effort or be fooled by their deals. I ordered a package. Payment was an issue because they work on notifications. And they never got mine. Nearly a month later and I am still trying to get any info besides this: \These parcels will be delivered to the post office as you confirm in your checkout (post office that fall under the your confirmed address). You will receive a notification to collect it. *We always suggest that you do not wait for notification but when you notice that your parcel is ready for collection... go to your post office and tell them your parcel is there and you want to look through their file for incoming international parcels. You will find your document with SA tracking no there and they will give you your parcel.*\" I direct your attention to the sections between the stars. They also refuse to refund my money."

Wait 8 weeks then get charged extra
I ordered 2 items at the end of November with very bold capital letters stating FREE DELIVERY in 15 - 21 working days. My parcels arrived at the post office 8 weeks later after numerous calls to Shopiton and then informing me that this was great progress!! My 2 items had also been shipped separately and arrived about 1 week apart.<br> When I received my notification from the post office it included additional clearance fees of R143.00 for the first parcel and R70.00 for the second parcel. <br> When I contacted the lady from Shopiton she promptly told me that it was out of her hands and I should query the amounts with the post office - yeah right ....<br> What now - pay or your items or they get sent back to where they came from.<br> SHOPITON TAKES ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY and are not in the least bit interested to help!<br> The worst and most deceitful online shopping experience ever!

The worst online store I've ever dealt with.
This is the worst online store I've ever dealt with. In fact, I've never had one problem with any of the other online stores I've bought from. Bad service, you have to force communication out of them, their links never work, tracking your parcel is impossible, they ask double the price for the same item (wish I saw this sooner) and then I get an email saying that I have to pay any additional custom fees when the dress arrives. I have asked them numerous times to pay back my money, but I get flat-out ignored. You wait forever for your parcel (I've been waiting for almost a month), where (for example), I bought shoes from heels2heaven on Friday the 12th of Feb and ETA is 18th / 19th of Feb and it's imported from the States! Plus no nonsense about additional charges! Can we please try put this store out of business? I'm going to complain on as many sites as possible.

Waiting for Wedding dress!!
I ordered and paid for a dress I bought for my sister on 26 Jan 2016. Her Wedding dress!! After two days I emailed them to ask for my tracking number. They said that the payment was still not showing. They said the dress will be shipped 7 to 10 days after the payment shows. On Monday 8 Feb Carmen told me that the dress was ready to be shipped the following day. Thursday 11 Feb I phoned to enquire and the lady who answered told me that they are still making the dress. Since then I have had no response from them.
