******* use of details/POPI infringement
Got a call to say my details "popped up" on their system. I said they were acting against POPI and when I asked where it came from, phone got put down in my ear. Same happened when I called and spoke with reception.

Fantastic service!
There was a problem with the alarm system and we kept getting calls for our alarm that was going off, even though it wasn't even armed (or plugged in at one stage). Two calls with Dane De Morney, and he quickly figured out what the problem could be and stopped the calls from coming through! Dane saved my sanity, was patient, helpful, and friendly throughout and actually tried to help and went the extra mile before forcing the "you need a technician to fix this" some technical stuff just go to immediately. Thank you so much, Dane, and I hope your bosses see and read this (again!!) and you get a fat bonus and increase!! We need more people like you in the customer service industry!!!

Terrible
Avoid. There are other companies that sell items that are great for nature. They asked if I wanted wrapping paper with my order as it was a gift, and I got a crumpled pile of paper. Complained and was told to go well and "heal with light". The second order, they didn't add an item. Enquired and was told it would be sent, but it was clear they wanted to order from me again so that they could send it. Demanded they refund my order or send it. They have 1 or 2 people that care, and I suggest they go work somewhere else.

AVOID
Immediately responded to my application and asked that I pay them for a job with them. Follows the same scam email used by others. Also uses valtarra.typing@mweb.co.za or valtarra.typing@vodamail.co.za.

Rude. Lack of feedback. Lousy customer service.
If you want something go somewhere else!! Do it now! Anywhere else! This company is PATHETIC. Do not waste your time and effort or be fooled by their deals. I ordered a package. Payment was an issue because they work on notifications. And they never got mine. Nearly a month later and I am still trying to get any info besides this: \These parcels will be delivered to the post office as you confirm in your checkout (post office that fall under the your confirmed address). You will receive a notification to collect it. *We always suggest that you do not wait for notification but when you notice that your parcel is ready for collection... go to your post office and tell them your parcel is there and you want to look through their file for incoming international parcels. You will find your document with SA tracking no there and they will give you your parcel.*\" I direct your attention to the sections between the stars. They also refuse to refund my money."
