Do not buy via the heelys.co.za website. 100% ****. The few communication channels available has been shut off. I cannot get any update on my order.
I just had a different experience as below. I sent a message to the WhatsApp number linked on the site and then called the number as well. Was assisted immediately and hopeful to receive my order soon. Happy with the process and service so far.
I spoke to Thando this morning to review my monthly payment. She was soo proffesional and helpful and i manage to get the same cover for a much better payment.
It is probably of no use writing a negative review of the SA Post Office, because why would the take note or care? It's the standard of service that we are experiencing everywhere in SA these days. I would just like to know why they have email addresses on their website to use when you need to get your SA tracking number on a international parcel? Because they don't respond even after numerous attempts. I suppose I know the answer to my question on what happened to our good post office department.
Yesterday I was unable to do an online purchase with the available payment methods on the website and then made a payment via my banking app with the order number as reference. Then I contacted Mr Price and although I was disappointed by not getting a response and felt like I wasn't receiving the assistance I needed, I see now that my order is being processed. Thank you, Mr Price, for effectively resolving request 3746448 in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. Keep up the good work.

This is the worst online store I've ever dealt with. In fact, I've never had one problem with any of the other online stores I've bought from. Bad service, you have to force communication out of them, their links never work, tracking your parcel is impossible, they ask double the price for the same item (wish I saw this sooner) and then I get an email saying that I have to pay any additional custom fees when the dress arrives. I have asked them numerous times to pay back my money, but I get flat-out ignored. You wait forever for your parcel (I've been waiting for almost a month), where (for example), I bought shoes from heels2heaven on Friday the 12th of Feb and ETA is 18th / 19th of Feb and it's imported from the States! Plus no nonsense about additional charges! Can we please try put this store out of business? I'm going to complain on as many sites as possible.
