I wish I saw this reviews earlier, as a single mom I was saving for this pair of shoes my child so badly wanted for his birthday. I haven't heard anything back from them I am emailing and trying to contact them with no success. This is so sad that they can STEEL form us the public and get away with this. It is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wonder if any of the orders has ever been delivered in their existence?!?!?!? This has to stop!!! We have to make them famous on Facebook, X and Instagram!!!

It's a ****. Don't buy on this site. They don't answer emails, and you can't call them. It’s a ****. They did update the order…6 months after it was placed—saying it was on the way, but nothing arrived. Heelys Global can't do anything either.

Worst online shop. No communication, no contact number, waiting 2 months for my order!!! And nothing yet. Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely bad service
They have the worst customer service. No communication at all. I have been trying to get a return confirmation as per there policy and no response. All my emails get ignored. The number on their website goes unread and is disconnected. Absolutely pathetic. Do not buy from them at all. Its been a month with no response. I have seen that they have not even responded to the number of complaints here as well. Nothing good to say about this company.

Absolutely bad service
They have the worst customer service. No communication at all. I have been trying to get a return confirmation as per there policy and no response. All my emails get ignored. Absolute ******! Don't buy!!!
Absolutely shocking that this company continues to ***** peoples money with no consequences. My son used all his birthday money to buy a pair of Heelys. We ordered 4 weeks ago. This is the official Heelys SA site. No communication, no response to the numerous emails iv sent and guess what...no shoes! Yet they have kept our money!!

This lack of communication is unacceptable as this order is a birthday gift. Please provide an update on the status of my order. Terrible service. Ordered a week ago, zero communication since then despite multiple emails. The Whatsapp number's messages and calls have gone unanswered. They should not be allowed to practice in this way.
