They have the worst customer service. No communication at all. I have been trying to get a return confirmation as per there policy and no response. All my emails get ignored. The number on their website goes unread and is disconnected. Absolutely pathetic. Do not buy from them at all. Its been a month with no response. I have seen that they have not even responded to the number of complaints here as well. Nothing good to say about this company.
I used the Game Online service for a Christmas present which I ordered on 8 December 2023. It was a three piece gift set that would have consisted of a skate board, ball and scooter for R749. The courier brought through the box on 13 December 2023. The box was open but taped closed on the top and when I opened it, I noted that the scooter was missing, the ball and skate board were in the box. I immediately contacted Game customer service, again this was on 13 December 2023. After some back and forth on them promising delivery of the scooter I did not receive it by Christmas for when it was needed. In fact I did not receive it even after that. About the 28th of December and failing to get the missing scooter I requested to have my money refunded and the other two items to be returned. To this date I have been given the run around of promise of a courier coming to my premises to fetch the other two items and my refund processed. It has been close to two months of trying to fix this situation. All I want is my money back. Absolutely disappointed given that Game is an established old brand in South Africa. Pathetic service!
