City Sprint provided excellent service. They collected my parcel as planned, delivered it safely on time, and their tracking system worked perfectly. The pricing was also very reasonable. I’m very satisfied and would definitely use them again

I rescheduled delivery of a parcel for a specific day. They phoned me the following day and we confirmed it again. On the day of the delivery I phoned them proactively to make sure it is out for delivery -- they confirmed it has been scanned out for delivery and is with a specific driver and gave me his number. Later during the day I contacted said driver who then explained the parcel is NOT with him in his van. I then contacted the ops manager who then followed up with a floor walk -- he confirmed the parcel was never scanned that day, and that it is nowhere to be seen. He admitted that it has effectively been lost. Although he mentioned he would ask the online shop for a replacement, it would not help since the online shop is now out of stock of that item. The whole reason I ordered early and rescheduled delivery was so that I could be 100% sure my parcel would be with me on that day. I never expected to be served such a professional disappearance act. Very, very disappointed.

Absolutely Terrible Delivery Experience I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I placed an order three days ago, and the delivery status has been bouncing back and forth between “In Transit” and “Out for Delivery” with no clear communication. Yesterday, the package was supposedly out for delivery, yet the driver—Mark—called me once, was incredibly rude, and never even attempted to deliver to my address. He then marked the delivery as failed. I fully understand that my area may be considered high-risk and that deliveries might only be made on certain days. However, it is your responsibility to communicate this clearly to both the customer and the merchant to avoid exactly this kind of confusion and frustration. Instead, I was met with disrespect and a complete lack of professionalism. When I asked Mark if the delivery could still be made, he told me he would be delivering in a nearby area but refused to come back to complete my delivery. I have never experienced service this unprofessional. I regularly order from various merchants and deal with multiple courier companies—none of which have ever failed to deliver on the promised date, regardless of my area. Meanwhile, your service has now taken three days and counting, making the merchant look unreliable because your delivery standards do not align with what they advertise. I wasn’t even upset at first about the delay, but the attitude and poor customer service from Mark pushed me to leave this review. The lack of communication, inconsistency in your delivery process, and complete disregard for customer experience are unacceptable. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously, because this was by far one of the worst courier experiences I’ve had.

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from this courier company. They falsely reported that my documents had been delivered in September, when in fact, the delivery only took place in October. This lack of honesty and accountability is highly unprofessional, particularly when handling important documents. I expect greater transparency and integrity from any service provider I choose to trust with my deliveries.

Since the merger with internet express their customer service has been poor. We have request feedback for months regarding a printer they delivered t a repair center for us, which was damaged in transit to the repair center, despite the boxing having fragile and this way up labels and our deliver instruction specifying the parcel was delicate. They also do not answer their phones when we call their helpline.

There are NO negative ratings here, otherwise, zero would be a - 1000. Never had such bad service, and lack of empathy for bad service. Delivery was scheduled for 30th December 2024. Nothing arrived. Maybe due to it being silly season, no disrespect meant. 2nd January 2025, called the company. Absolute no apology, just blank reply that the driver was in an accident, and parcels were damaged. Mine however was not, executed the wrapping was. Promised delivery around 15:00. Nothing arrived. No feedback why not. Called 2nd January 2025, and again, lack of communication, and no apology. Now, that's NOT how to attract new business. Called again this morning, 03rd January 2025. Again, no apology, no empathy, just a very bad response to my delivery. Promised delivery before 12:00 today. Having been in marketing for many years, and heading up a division of a large banking group, this would have had extremely high response to the clients needs. Service, or the lack of service, reflects on the staff, and the company and how they deal with clients. DONT recommend them to anyone, because I hold service satisfaction, and understanding as an integral part of the business. They DON'T have any. 🥺😡😡
