Since the merger with internet express their customer service has been poor. We have request feedback for months regarding a printer they delivered t a repair center for us, which was damaged in transit to the repair center, despite the boxing having fragile and this way up labels and our deliver instruction specifying the parcel was delicate. They also do not answer their phones when we call their helpline.
Good day, The ABSA rewards system does not work properly. Every month I have to log cases to have my level correct from 4 to 5 because the rewards system does not allocate my points for my credit card with debit order. This time I have logged multiple cases with the helpdesk and called the helpdesk and the issue is still not resolved since 25 December 2020. My cases are all being closed as resolved but I am still on level 4 rewards and not level 5, I am extremely frustrated with this poor service from ABSA rewards. Please can someone get this issue resolved so I do not have to log the same case every month? Thank you

Good day, I placed an order for a laptop with incredible online on 3rd november 2020. Firstly my delivery was very late. the website says delivery 2-5 working days. my order was delivered on the 13th November 2020. The box was badly damaged with dents and was torn. I am still waiting for my delivery. No one has given me a ETA on the device.

Home connect fibre does not connect to EA game server. The helpdesk gives you a run around asking for a trace route and Ping. How do I traceroute and Ping public servers I do not know the IP of? I am in IT and therefore understand the request but is this how they treat customers? Basically they are asking me to find the issues. The games work on all other providers. The support level 1 refused to move my case to level 2 without a traceroute or Ping.
