I have just had another deduction on my bank account. It's 1 day short of a month from my initial order, which was much more than my order, and I haven't received anything from them. This is definitely a *****ulent transaction. I also posted it on TRUSTPILOT, where many complaints are listed about HEALTHYFLOW. care@tryhealthyflow.com
I ordered one item on the 6th of August this year, and was charged for another two. I live in South Africa, so it was apparently sent via DHL. I have only had the same reply from the company, giving me a tracking number. Called DHL and the tracking number is NOT a DHL number. I've reported this matter to my bank, and I have to wait 30 days before it can be considered to be *****. By that time my window of return will be nul and void. They could send an empty box and I'd have no recall of the delivery. TOTAL ****. Be very careful what you buy on Facebook....
There are NO negative ratings here, otherwise, zero would be a - 1000. Never had such bad service, and lack of empathy for bad service. Delivery was scheduled for 30th December 2024. Nothing arrived. Maybe due to it being silly season, no disrespect meant. 2nd January 2025, called the company. Absolute no apology, just blank reply that the driver was in an accident, and parcels were damaged. Mine however was not, executed the wrapping was. Promised delivery around 15:00. Nothing arrived. No feedback why not. Called 2nd January 2025, and again, lack of communication, and no apology. Now, that's NOT how to attract new business. Called again this morning, 03rd January 2025. Again, no apology, no empathy, just a very bad response to my delivery. Promised delivery before 12:00 today. Having been in marketing for many years, and heading up a division of a large banking group, this would have had extremely high response to the clients needs. Service, or the lack of service, reflects on the staff, and the company and how they deal with clients. DONT recommend them to anyone, because I hold service satisfaction, and understanding as an integral part of the business. They DON'T have any. 🥺😡😡
WOW. I've never had such a wonderful experience, with online shopping, as with FAITHFUL TO NATURE. Next day delivery, and I got a "thank you" surprise gift, of Bio - Curcumin. I placed an order to LOVEINFINITY, in January, this year. I was double debited for the purchase of R570+, making it R1140. I had no reply from them, from my email. All I have had, was, and he multiple emails from BUFFALOLOGISTICS INTERNATIONAL SA, stating that my parcel was noted as "received". There is no return email address, and no response from my WHATSAPP messages. I've since read the rating of both the companies, and it seems to be a ****. Both websites are pretty good, and believable,however I the ratings are VERY POOR. One or two good ones, but who knows who they are really from. Cyber crime is HUGE, and these people are praying on the innocent of the world. I might be wrong, but I don’t hold any hope.
I had to make a change of medical aid, due to exobetant increases. I found what I needed, as close to, and slightly more benefits. I had exception, amazing service from, both consultants, Anela and Michelle. Seemlisly transsion. TENDAHEALTH, your staff are EXCEPTIONAL AND FRIENDY. Thank you both.
