DO NOT ORDER
Do not order from this website. I ordered shoes at the beginning of December. Their tracking system shows delivery in the middle of January although I have received nothing. They refuse to supply details of the courier company or proof of delivery. Apparently they send the package in good faith!!

OneDayOnly - Will never order from them again.
I placed my first and last order with ONEDAYONLY. I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers via their website on 17 January 2023. Firstly they came back and said they didn't have stock of what I had ordered and paid for. I changed the order - deliver 1 in a different colour and cancel the other. I was then refunded less than I paid. On 31 January I received a package - of slops - not the sneakers I had ordered! They again want to refund less than I paid! Penalizing me for their errors. No explanation, no apology! A really disappointing experience.

Shocking service
<p>Ordered a package on 31 Jan 17 with same day delivery for a colleague in hospital. After numerous calls and promises from call centre staff for delivery and having to change the delivery address as the colleague was discharged 4 days later (still with no package), HALF the package was delivered to her at the office on 7 March 17. She received a get well soon balloon at the office - haha!</p> <p>7 day delivery for half a package.</p> <p>More calls and the other half was delivered on the afternoon of the 8th of March!</p> <p>I have e-mailed them a complaint and received no response in 3 days!</p> <p>Shocking!</p>

Wait 8 weeks then get charged extra
I ordered 2 items at the end of November with very bold capital letters stating FREE DELIVERY in 15 - 21 working days. My parcels arrived at the post office 8 weeks later after numerous calls to Shopiton and then informing me that this was great progress!! My 2 items had also been shipped separately and arrived about 1 week apart.<br> When I received my notification from the post office it included additional clearance fees of R143.00 for the first parcel and R70.00 for the second parcel. <br> When I contacted the lady from Shopiton she promptly told me that it was out of her hands and I should query the amounts with the post office - yeah right ....<br> What now - pay or your items or they get sent back to where they came from.<br> SHOPITON TAKES ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY and are not in the least bit interested to help!<br> The worst and most deceitful online shopping experience ever!
