Bad service
I am not happy with that service at all. I placed an order on Saturday and sent an email a few minutes later to cancel the order. I emailed them and did not receive any response via email. I then used the message option on their website and someone responded not even with a “ Hello, thank for your message.” As an any professional would when responding to clients. I just got a “ we will stop the order and refund you” I sent my banking details to them and still haven’t received any acknowledgment to say that they’ve received my banking details and that they will facilitate a refund. I m still waiting for them to email me back and advise accordingly. Really disappointed in them.

14 May 2024, 14:45I just received an email from Shopminoxidil.co.za with shipping details. I haven’t been receiving any response with regards to canceling my order and getting my refund. The consultant I had spoken to on your website said that the order would be cancelled and that I should share my banking details. I still haven’t received any sort of acknowledgment from shopminoxidil as when my refund will be processed. This is really disappointing.
