The driver came to deliver my package, he didn't even call me to say he is outside, we just heard someone shouting outside our gate which was disturbing. He then **** that my phone is not going through when I asked him why he did not calling instead of shouting. I called myself to show him that my phone is working.
Then he starts to tear open my package claiming that he wants a waybill then I proceed to complain that in all the years of getting parcels no one has ever opened my package. As I'm trying to take it from him he resists and tells me that he is leaving and that I won't get my package.
He left and I don't have a product that I paid for, even worse the call center disconnected the first time I called after waiting a long time to speak to a consultant.
