Very poor customer service and rude staff

Very poor customer service.

Please note in my opinion the store is very over staffed, there are some staff members doing their part and then you get the members you would call "looking busy" These looking busy staff members are normally referred to as parasites, draining the money of the company and as a result the company are working at a loss.

The reason for this complaint is a staff member refused to help my 23/05/2026 sending my to another busy counter whereas she was doing nothing.
