Please people take note First Resort Margate Sands is a horrible place to invest in, the body corporate maked decision as it pleases them ignores decisions of owners with points, there is never accommodation available at the places you want to go even if you try and book accommodation 1 year in advance, units at the Sands are dirty please follow link to view video https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1CvCsmNczB/ Now decision wants to made without proper explanation of what the outcomes of the decision will be, chose one of two options you will be notified after the 5 of December what your decision means. Very poor customer service. From my end a lawyer will be contacted and a letter from him will be send to Margate Sands.
Please take note public, this is the worst Company to invest with. Very poor feedback on requests. Decisions are made as they see fit. ****roach invested units. Dirty units. They are a part of the First Resort Group. Please stay as far away as possible.
. Please take note all members of Sizwe, contact Sizwe and make sure on how strong the Medical aid still is. Rumors are going around that the Medical aid is not doing well and until now no communication has been done with the members.
Terrible idee to invest in buying points with First Group. I am a member of first Group, I have been trying to make bookings on more than one occasion at varies holiday resorts one year in advance and no space are available at any of my requested resorts, Apon phoning the resort I was informed there are space available but none for First Group point owners. Please people be warned save yourself a lot of money and frustration by not falling for First Groups empty promises.
Absolute bunch of ********. Platform that does not work and not able to handle the streaming services as promised. Constant buffering, channels not loading , app freezing up. Poor to no feedback from customer service.. Please do not use Reflexsat provider, they are very expensive and 90% movies and series are buffering even with an upload internet speed of 74Mbps and download speed of 73.5 Mbps
Worst internet provider available. In the event a call are logged and a ticket with a number are provided, however no feedback is received from the provider in regards to the problem reported. The words internet speed provided, I was on a 6mbps contract though the fastest speed I ever got was 2mbps. I cancelled my contract with them by sending a cancelation letter provided by the company in April 2022, contract was stipulated in the letter to end May 2022, I cancelled the debit order for payment and last payment was made for the month of May 2022. Received a letter of demand on 28/06/2022 for no payment, although contract has been cancelled. Please consumers, the company's service is amongst the worst I have ever used.
I purchased the car secondhand with motorplan till Dec 2020 or 100000 km, at the moment the car has 70000 km on the clock, I had the car for service at Mercedes-Benz Maemo Motors Rustenburg 2 times, there were no problems identified on the car during the two services with them. The following message got displayed "Transmission oil cooling Malfunction" and the engine light came on. I then took the car in for a checkup at the above mentioned garage and they notified my the catalytic convertor has been removed and this resulted in holdback of my motorplan, neither myself and the previous owner made any modification to the car. Please read the response from the dealership below. Response from dealership : Vehicles that require routine services are never given a thorough inspection as this is not provided for under the maintenance plan or would never be paid for by the customers. We would only look further if a fault showed up on the diagnostic machine and in your case it did not. In other words all services done at Mercedes-Benz Maemo Motors Rustenburg is not up to standard, you pay for a service on the car they charge you for a full service but they do half work. Please be warned do not under any circumstances buy or take you car for a service at this Mercedes-Benz, very poor service, my reasoning in regards to this is the modification on the car was only made upon a major problem on the car and not picked up during the two normal services.
Terrible service. Cancelled contract in March 2018 and still debit orders are being deducted
Very poor service in regards to cancellation of service. Cancellation form was send end submitted and still the next months amount was deducted from my account
