Shosholoza finance ****mers

I wouldnt even rate it at all,they dont deserve a single star. Shosholoza finance is a ****. I have never experienced such a horrible services,honestly i am disguated and furious. I go to them as early as the 8th asking for a settlement letter, i settle the etire loan in time because i want my finacial freedom and they still go to debit even after i have settled thier loan. They advised that they wont be refunding me,this is a total *******🤞when one asks for a settlement letter, you provide it with every little cent that is owed and you setlle it its supposed to be that simple. After settling the entire loan amount i was told that they did not include 1 installment. This is a huge inconvinience😡
