Showday Properties
I was trying to make an enquiry regarding a townhouse for rent in the Sunninghill area. The agent with whom I spoke, refused to give me any answers, nor his name, until I had provided my ID number. In this day and age of identity theft, one doesn't hand out one's ID to all and sundry. Told me it was the law for FICA. I am not sure this is the case. This is all before I had even viewed a property, let alone made an application. For sure, if this is the way this agent treats potential clients, he can't be doing very well Shocking experience with Showday Properties!!!

RUDE. Do NOT recommend.
Greg, the agent who made contact with me, was extremely disrespectful in the way he spoke to me. It took following up on my end in order to get him to contact me. When he did, he was dismissive, rude and made it seem like he was doing me a favour and not like I was a potential client. This type of communication is unprofessional and I am still in disbelief that an agent would talk to a potential client like this.

Greg, the agent who made contact with me, was extremely disrespectful in the way he spoke to me. It took following up on my end in order to get him to contact me. When he did, he was dismissive, rude and made it seem like he was doing me a favour and not like I was a potential client. This type of communication is unprofessional and I am still in disbelief that an agent would talk to a potential client like this.

Thanks to Showday helping me purchase my beautiful duet property; not a dancing couple and other property types that helped my decision based on my lower budget and the location of my desire. Beware those people on imaconartist website that I see mentioned also the consequences for those not compliant with standard procedure

Thanks to Showday for explaining the implications of Labola non payment
Im Precious 8 8 0 9 1 8 0 2 2 7 8 0 8 3 that got the correct advise from Showday explaining to me that since i ran away from my Husband and received his Labola however I was sorry that I took my husbands Labola without marrying him or giving him part of my asset. I was informed by Showday to let his family know so thanks for letting me know.

Worst experience
Dear Hello Peter, I would like to share the terrible experience I had gone through when buying a property with Showday properties. Greg Nathan from Showday properties used to communicate during the property viewing process before I had made a deposit towards the purchase price. As per clause 1.1 of the contract, the deposit shall be held into an interest-bearing account for the benefit of the purchaser until registration of transfer. After the deposit was made Greg Nathan went silent, he never checked me to assist with the process till the property was registered. I had to figure out things myself. When the property was registered I made him aware via a telephone communication and via email. He never responded, and he has not handed the keys to my house and has not paid my interests which accumulated from the deposit I had made. When I call him on his phone to follow up about my keys and interest he is ignoring my calls. This moment was supposed to be a joyful moment but ended up being stressful and painful to me and my family. This is a strong warning to those who consider working with Showday properties, be prepared to lose your peace of mind or the worst possible experience.
