Dear Hello Peter, I would like to share the terrible experience I had gone through when buying a property with Showday properties. Greg Nathan from Showday properties used to communicate during the property viewing process before I had made a deposit towards the purchase price. As per clause 1.1 of the contract, the deposit shall be held into an interest-bearing account for the benefit of the purchaser until registration of transfer. After the deposit was made Greg Nathan went silent, he never checked me to assist with the process till the property was registered. I had to figure out things myself. When the property was registered I made him aware via a telephone communication and via email. He never responded, and he has not handed the keys to my house and has not paid my interests which accumulated from the deposit I had made. When I call him on his phone to follow up about my keys and interest he is ignoring my calls. This moment was supposed to be a joyful moment but ended up being stressful and painful to me and my family. This is a strong warning to those who consider working with Showday properties, be prepared to lose your peace of mind or the worst possible experience.
I am happy with the service received from Auto Movers, they helped me to move my car from Polokwane to Johannesburg. The turnaround time was earlier than expected. Thank you Auto Movers International
Dear Avis O.R Johannesburg, I have been using Avis rental for many years now and I was disappointed with my recent experience. How can you charge me with a damage that I know nothing about? On top of that I was charged for fuel yet I returned the car on full tank? This is not a way of making business. I have sent an e-mail to enquirer till today no response received. I have been calling the 011 573 5000 number with no success.I know you in a business but stealing customers money is not a way of making business.
Dear hello peter readers, Please assist me on which other platform, I can use to take up my complaint on scorpion’s extremely poor service. Every time when I ask for feedback on my claim I get the same answer and now there is a different person handling my case but the answer is the same. I have called the branch handling my case on two different days to ask the senior manager to call me and explain to me on what is causing the delay on my case but he did not bother to call me. I sent him two emails to ask him on my case but he didn’t bother to get back. I Have been paying scorpion for many years and when I ask for assistance I get zero assistance. Scorpion team I would like to let you know that I will not give up on this matter until I get assistance as I am paying for my policy every month since 2013 without skipping payment date.

Extremely Poor service, I give scorpion 10/10 on customer negligence/do not care attitude. I reported my case last year March 2018 and till today no progress has been made. Everytime I have to call in order to get feedback. It’s only seldom that I get feedback without calling. Feedback process it’s like extracting a tooth from a person. I pay my policy every month without failing and have joined scorpion since 2013. All my money has gone to waste, scorpion don’t forget to deduct from my account every month but they don’t feedback with the same speed they use when deducting money from my account. I am extremely disappointed on the poor service received thus far. I would like to warm people not to waste their monies like I have done.
On the 2 January 2016 flight 327 was supposed to depart from OR Tambo at 11:00am to Cape Town but unfortunately we experienced a 5 hours delay due to technical issues. This to me is incompetent and inconsiderate because my whole day plans were ruined and I had to cancel meetings. With the money that we pay SAA I expected good service, on arriving home as I unpacked my stuff I noticed that my valuables worth R1200 were stolen I'm deeply disappointed in SAA.
