I have been dealing with Shuter & Shooter for a couple of years now, and recently been dealing with Sylvie in PMB branch. She is the most efficient, patient, reliable, knowledgeable, her response time is so quick...she is just amazing. Keep on doing your best Sylvie, your hard work and dedication is not going unnoticed.

My name is Sibongile F. Mchunu. Contact no. ********** 842. I used to work for the company Shuter & Shooter, then I left in July 2010. I was given all my necessary documents including tax return IRP5. After a while I submitted my IRP5 to SARS, only to find that my document does not correspond with what they have on their system. The figures are duplicated on their system. I went back to Shuter to ask them resend the correct information to SARS as per request from SARS. I spoke to Hameshni who deals with HR issues, but she insisted that she sent the correct information to SARS. I went to SARS and told them HR lady said she sent them the correct information, maybe SARS made a mistake of capturing figures twice. But they denied that since they do not capture figures but take what is sent to them as it is. So they cannot do alterations, but the company just need to resend the figures. This has been taking place for +-3 years. I went back again to Shuter company on the 15/01/2018 to ask them again to do something about this matter before SARS claims that I owe them. I spoke to John Egleton who is a Finance Manager, He told me straight that there is nothing he can do. It is my responsibility to correct. I requested that they just need to resend the correct information to SARS but instead he was very mean to me. He said he would not do that, I must sort it myself. I asked how can it be my responsibility because I don't even know how to do calculation and yet the information is from them as a company. He then asked me to get out of his office because I came to him without making an appointment. I apologise about that then I asked him to phone SARS to explain about this matter, he refused. Now I really don't know what to do. No one wants to be accountable of the mistake done on my IRP5.
