I am a Sanlam Reality member, and one of the "benefits" with Sanlam Reality that I have is "Taxtim", where they do the tax returns for you. I have called Sanlam several time looking for contact details of one of the consultants/customer service agents, no luck, Taxtim does not have a contact number. I am utterly disappointed that we have this benefit with Sanlam Reality and "Taxtim" does not have a contact number and email address, the only thing you can do is to ask a question via their website. This is frustrating and very ***** that there is a benefit that is linked to Sanlam but none of the Sanlam consultants are able to assist in regards getting hold of ANY TAXTIM consultant. I am beyond disappointed in SANLAM and TAXTIM. I have registered with Taxtim and I want them to cancel everything, there is not even an option to do that. I would like someone to please contact me ASAP to explain what is going on, before I get professional advice from the ombudsman. This is just beyond ***********.
My son has been taking a 6:30am bus from Westgate Mall to Sandton via MTN passing Northcliff, the bus hasn't been coming, he is always late for school because the 7:00 o' clock bus gets him to school late, nothing was communicated and when I asked the ladies that are normally by the bus terminal driving a white car, they are telling me the 6:30 bus is no longer operating, they have combined the 6:00 and 6:30, she's not even sure what time it leaves westgate mall. I am trying to call the numbers on your website and no one is answering. I am so frustrated, it's exam time and our kids cannot afford to get to school late. When they get there they are panicking, they can't focus and have anxiety. This is pathetic. Aren't any of you parents? Didn't you see the necessity to inform us? This is so unprofessional, it's like people don't know what they are doing. You can't at least just put a note at the bus terminals? Metrobus is just useless, you don't deserve our support.
All I can say is Mancosa is the worst, I don't even know where to start, you get no help at all, no response on emails, their call centre and student services staff are just as useless. I am just defeated. Can it be that difficult for someone to respond to an easy email, asking a simple question? Their service is pathetic and that's an understatement. If it was my choice I would change institutions, because this is too exhausting.
My parcel has been in transit since last week, I have never seen such poor service. I am beyond disappointed, I am intrigued by such pathetic service. I am out of words. I have tried to call the numbers are not going through, I have sent messages on their whatsapp number...no response. I wonder how are you still surviving in this business, since you are running it like a ****a shop, this is just ridiculous.
I was at Foschini in Westgate mall, Roodepoort on the 2nd of November, I bought a Nivea naturally good lotion, after a couple of days I noticed that it had a weird texture but didnt make much out of it. I then noticed am having some reaction on my face, and I only use it for my face. When I checked the expiry date, it's 08/2023. How does a whole of foschini still have such on the shelves? I paid a full amount for something that expired more than a year ago?? Those ladies at the make up section they don't check these things? I am utterly disgusted and disappointed. How do you continue to support such a business that clearly doesn't care about checking their products? I am honestly out of words. Over and above that their overall service is below average, you stand for long waiting to be assisted while the tellers are busy with other things, they take their own time, no sense of urgency and that is something that happens every single time I am there. And that is ridiculous.
After numerous attempts to engage and try to explain my problem and grievance with Multichoice call centre, I spoke to three *********** and useless call centre agents. I then called for the fourth time, I spoke to a Smangele, who was professional and empathetic, who got a call centre supervisor to assist me (Noluthando Magwaza). Noluthando was an absolute star, she listened, explained and assisted with solving my problem. She was patient and understood my frustration and gave solutions to my issue. Thank you so much, multichoice needs people like you. Please keep up your good work and professionalism. I really appreciate your excellent customer service.
I requested a ride this morning, on the Uber app it was R151, then I had to upgrade for R35 for a quicker pick up, and it went up to R 186, I accepted and my driver came. To my surprise I my account was debited with R 225. How? Why? I am just so annoyed, cause this is just bull****, that is a huge difference between the R 186 and R 225. Being overcharged like that is a no no. This is just ridiculous.
I have been calling and calling trying to find out why have I received an sms stating that I am owing whereas on Saturday I called to confirm and the gentleman I spoke to you confirmed that I have nothing owing and my DSTV app showed a zero outstanding balance, this morning I am receiving an sms stating that the debit order did not go through. I called this morning, the lady I spoke to put me on hold for more that 10 minutes till I hung up. What is so difficult to check these "simple" things and advise the customer accordingly? This is just pure incompetence. And I would like to cancel my insurance please, while trying to sort out my debit order issue.
I have been dealing with Shuter & Shooter for a couple of years now, and recently been dealing with Sylvie in PMB branch. She is the most efficient, patient, reliable, knowledgeable, her response time is so quick...she is just amazing. Keep on doing your best Sylvie, your hard work and dedication is not going unnoticed.
I was at Makro Strubenvalley during the weekend and again on Tuesday to buy boxes of Typek. The service I received from Ofentse was just amazing, he was patient and helpful. I am personally a very fussy customer but he made my purchase so smooth and easy. Well done to Ofentse, and wishing him everything of the best on his career. We need more people like him in our retail industry.
