Absolutely pathetic of Standard Bank/Shyft to randomly change the terms and conditions of the referral reward.
They didn't even inform anyone of the random change in terms amd conditions. Even withdrawals take more than a week now.
Why would you run a referral reward, when you're just gonna be overwhelmed when we actually refer people?
I will definitely be raising a complaint and will escalate it to the OMBUDSMAN, if customer service is unable tp solve it.
Very disappointed in Standard Bank
