I tried booking a ticket with Kulula this morning. Wanted to make SID payment and after wasting time going through the whole process only to be told by Gary at Sidpayment that they do not accept Capitec so I lost my booking. Why are you offering a service you cannot provide and please do not tell me to take it up with my bank. You are the service provider. Because of you I lost the ticket! You are offering a service you cannot provide fully. Are you misleading us? Again, please do not contact me with stories about Capitec. It's a BANK for goodness sake!
