In the past this method of payment worked well. Lately there are issues that cause it to stall and one has to reenter credentials to no avail. Even if all browsing history and cache is cleared, it does not work all the time. Its FRUSTRATING and vendors are losing money as there are other businesses with payu etc.

This is not a secure payment system. I have made 2 deposits last week friday still nithing in my acc another dep was made on sunday also nothing in my acc up till today. And supa bets has no idea what happend. Stay away from Sid payment.

Takes the money from your account and THEN fails. Anyone who writes banking software should be aware that the very LAST thing you do is the transaction. If there is a failure you roll-back that transaction. Now I have to contact the vendor and try to convince them that I have actually paid. Hardly the easy and convenient experience they advertise.

Takes the money from your account and THEN fails. Anyone who writes banking software should be aware that the very LAST thing you do is the transaction. If there is a failure you roll-back that transaction. Now I have to contact the vendor and try to convince them that I have actually paid. Hardly the easy and convenient experience they advertise.

<p>For the second time in 14 days I tried to use SID instant EFT to pay Gumtree for upgrades to an ad. After asking for all my bank details INCLUDING my PIN (scary) the screen comes back shownig all my bank details including balances. This is as far as it will go! The contact with the online help was useless telling me to "try again" after I had tried 4 times. The online agent then suggests I contact the merchant directly! Gumtree should also take note of this inefficient and unsecure establishment!</p>

I tried booking a ticket with Kulula this morning. Wanted to make SID payment and after wasting time going through the whole process only to be told by Gary at Sidpayment that they do not accept Capitec so I lost my booking. Why are you offering a service you cannot provide and please do not tell me to take it up with my bank. You are the service provider. Because of you I lost the ticket! You are offering a service you cannot provide fully. Are you misleading us? Again, please do not contact me with stories about Capitec. It's a BANK for goodness sake!
