Hi i took a funeral plan out for my kids my daughter passed away and know they tell me there is a waiting period of 6 months and they cant help me this is a joke i am cancelling all my policy from them
I have begged i have complained look at the date today the 11 th of May. I really have no other option but to just ignore your non payment sms from now on. I do have the chat where i was told im am covered. Or is this maybe a new way of not paying claims for non payment yet you promise in writing it would be debited but yet nothing happens. As a brand Dotsure very good the same cant be said about the people carrying the name. And pls dont tell me how sorry you guys are. Get rid of the problem.
On Thursday my wife phoned the AACL regarding my daughters puppy she had. My wife spoke to Angelique and explained to her that the puppy is sick but my daughter doesnt have money now. So Angelique said my daughter should bring her ID and her Sassa card and she will be able yo assist her. So on friday morning i took my daughter to the AACL in Johannesburg. At reception we were told that we need to pay and there is no one who gets free care. My daughter asked if she could speak to Angelique she arrived at reception and then she changed her whole story of what she said on the phone. To now we need to pay or i must leave with the sick puppy. My wife then contacted Carin whom we believe is in charge at this facility. She then said that they dont care how sick an snimal is if you dont pay you and the puppy will be shown the door. After my wife had told her ehat Angelique had told us she said she will go speak to the Vet and come back to Us at reception. My daughter waited almost 30 min and when reception phones her office she is either busy or on the phone at 11:10 we left with the sick puppy without being assisted. Not Carin or Angelique came back to tell us what the vet had said. My problem with this incident is We phoned the previous day and everything was confirmed with Angelique. After driving all that way we were refused help by her and Carin. Angelique refuses to answer on why we were told to come in and then only to be send away. Now if the ANIMAL ANTI cruelty league refuses to help a puppy after it was arranged then i dont know what cruelty towards animals is. They receive donations from various companies then every visit you bring your pet to them you need to pay for consultation and then you need to pay for medication. All these thousands of rands being donated where does it go to isnt some of that when in need if a animal is in distress and the owner has fallen in hard times. Why would the people who preach about animal cruelty do the very same thing they stand for. Then i was told its a non profit organisation that is BS. You charge for each and every service provided just like a Vet but yet you get thousands in donations from varouis donators. I think its time the AACL start being regulated. As to where the donations are going to. One of the AACL methods of getting donations is by saying how many animals in distress are being rescued and looked after. Well than what happend with my daughters puppy. She even said on Friday to Carin that if they could send her a bill she would pay it but nothing the pup died on Sunday morning. To all animal lovers stop donating your money to places like the AACL until they are being regulated snd everyone knows where the donations go that is meant for animals in distress. On Friday afternoon Carin tried to shift the blame on to everyone else execpt for them. Out of Carina own words if you dont pay you and the animal can leave the premises. Just imagine this hate yet they are from the Animal Anti Cruelty league. How many animals are being shown away due to payment, but explain to me this where does the donations go for animals in distress. I will broadcast this as far and wide as i can untill they stop saying they are a non profit organisation.
Here is proof that supabets payment system is not secure. I made 2 deposits one of R200 and one of R400. I started playing and the game gave me a error game closing message. I switched my phone off and on and when i logged in again i had a zero balance. Now if you go and check the transactions on my acc they have nothing no info after 8 am. What do they call it SIMPLIFY banking. Not the case with me i have a funeral policy with Capitec bank since 2019 April. During the covid pandemic i didnt pay the policy in May, June , July. Due to me not receiving salary it was difficult i also did inform Capitec via email what my situation is. I thought Capitec would come to the party giving some sort of leniency but nothing. I was informed my policy had lapsed due to non payment. Then to my surprise in August and Sept Capitec debited my acc for the policy that they cancelled due to non payment. In Oct i received another sms that due to 3 consecitive no payments my policy lapsed. So after my policy lapsed you Capitec come and steal 2 payments thrn you cancel my policy again. Are you even for real. When i went to Wadeville branch i was yold they cant reverse the payments as 40 days jas lapsed is this a new method of scamming people. Then im being told that they will investigate it ( cant understand what needs to be investigated) but in any case. I would have received feedback after a week its been 7 working days and not a word. Pls beaware stay away from funeral policies from capitec they cancel one policy twice snd still deduct payments even though its cancelled then you are told they will investigate.

Where to start. In September 02 i was debited R1019-54 where as my premuim is R829 pm. So i reversed it R45 for reversal and R3.50 for transaction non to my mistake but Dotsure mistake. Then i contacted dotsure via livechat and informed them that i have reversed payment as it was wrongfully debited. I was promised that it was tectified. On the 16 September they debited again R1019.54, again wrong amount. Ahain i had to reverse it at same cost. Spoke again to live chat Jason and again i was promised it should have been correctly debited. On the 22Septembet the correct amount was debited of R829.24. In October no problem premuim went off as normal. In November 02 payment went off R899 and again i spoke to Jason where i was told it was a R60 penslty for late payment. But so far it has been dotsure fault of wrong debit amounts. On the 10 November again im debited R829.24. And again i had to reverse it as it has been a double payment. At a cost of R45 for reversal and R3.50 for transaction fee. This brings the cost to R145.50 for reversals due to wrong debit amounts. And then another R829.24 that was double debited. If you can charge me R60 for a late payment then i can charge you R145.50 for charges due to your mistakes. And i expect this to be paid asap back or i will reverse the psyment of Novembet also. Im sivk of your stories. Almost 3 years with dotsure and this is the treatment i reveive.

This is not a secure payment system. I have made 2 deposits last week friday still nithing in my acc another dep was made on sunday also nothing in my acc up till today. And supa bets has no idea what happend. Stay away from Sid payment.
So i deposited R150 via Sid payment system provided by supabets on the 25 of September. Been with them on the live chat ever since. Even after i have send them proof of payment still nothing. So today i deposited again R350 via Sid instant EFT system. Again no payment received spoke to live chat send proof of payment now im being told it will be done at a unknown time. Supabets payment system is not up to standard you will pay but wont get your money in your acc. This is your own secure payment method that supabets provides. Either they have discovered the easiest way to steal money or their systrm is not up to stamdard. Pls patrions stay away from Supa bets. Dont get caught like me twice. Stay away.
