Verification Process is a Nightmare
Has taken ages to get my account verified, joined 01/05/2025 and still haven't been able to get it verified. The fact you can deposit like 3 times without account verification is mind-blowing, but get this you actually can't deposit once you start the verification process and now gr 6 almost 7 days I can't do anything on my account. Bonus and such is great but not if your account is kind of unusable until you get approved, I had no issues with account verification on Springbok Casino - the sister site to Thunderbolt Casino. You'd think they would have a system to allow users of both to just verify one. Because I am ultimately using exactly the same documents as I did on Springbok Casino

Verification Process is a Nightmare

Stay away from THUNDERBOLT ONLINE CASINO
I don't even know where to begin. This is the most terrible online platform to gamble. They take deposit after deposit and with ease as soon as you win all the sudden you have to FICA you think it's easy no it's been 2 weeks trying with the specified I'd bank statements they don't want to pay my winnings shame on them. They Rob you that's all there is to it

Stay away from THUNDERBOLT ONLINE CASINO
I don't even know where to begin. This is the most terrible online platform to gamble. They take deposit after deposit and with ease as soon as you win all the sudden you have to FICA you think it's easy no it's been 2 weeks trying with the specified I'd bank statements they don't want to pay my winnings shame on them. Cannot withdraw winnings due to verification process
Waited a week for account verification , send bank statements twice and still was not excepted. Wanted to withdraw 5k and couldn't wait. Then deposited again and wanted to withdraw 10k and still couldn't. It looks like a pattern to keep losing and can not withdraw winnings. Very poor service after numerous chats and requested a call back and still nothing. Again very poor.

BIG **** CASINO. The will refuse to verify your account just so they don't have to pay out. They will find any problem under the sun with your proof of address so that they don't have to verify.

This Casino is not regulated properly. Their verification process demands that pictures of your bank care be provided both sides. They also request a selfie and there verification AI service on the platform states that verification will be confirmed in 5 to 10 minutes. Customer service chat stated it takes up to 72 hours. The verification process failed due to one document, it stated on the feedback all was added and emailed and they went silent. I also notified them that I will be lodging a complaint here and received no feedback. Customer service chat Belle advised that it is personal information to provide Governing Authority name so that I could lodge a complaint regarding the card issue.
