This Casino is not regulated properly. Their verification process demands that pictures of your bank care be provided both sides. They also request a selfie and there verification AI service on the platform states that verification will be confirmed in 5 to 10 minutes. Customer service chat stated it takes up to 72 hours. The verification process failed due to one document, it stated on the feedback all was added and emailed and they went silent. I also notified them that I will be lodging a complaint here and received no feedback. Customer service chat Belle advised that it is personal information to provide Governing Authority name so that I could lodge a complaint regarding the card issue.
