Waited a week for account verification , send bank statements twice and still was not excepted. Wanted to withdraw 5k and couldn't wait. Then deposited again and wanted to withdraw 10k and still couldn't. It looks like a pattern to keep losing and can not withdraw winnings. Very poor service after numerous chats and requested a call back and still nothing. Again very poor.

We have send a request for Natis documents to transfer vehicle onto our name. We were told it would be 14 days to do the transfer. We have paid the transfer fee on 3Jan 2023. After numerous calls and told again it would take 48 hours to transfer , still nothing was done.
I received a Mail from my Bank that a Debit order of R299 went off my Cheque account and after investigating this matter Absa Digicash name popped up.Then i contacted them and were told they are contracted to collect money for other companies that i have a sighned contract with.Firstly i have never sighned any contract with that Company for any Debit order and Secondly any Big company like ABSA should ask for a Written Proof where i sighned before they consider loading that debit order,otherwise its FRAUD and legaly wrong to take money of anybodies account without their written concent.Then i was told to contact the Fraudsters to correct the matter.The money was taken off my account not by the Company but by Absa Digicash!!! WITHOUT PROOF OF WRITTEN CONTRACT!!!
