BIG **** CASINO. The will refuse to verify your account just so they don't have to pay out. They will find any problem under the sun with your proof of address so that they don't have to verify.

Incompetence
Incredible *******ion at it again. Website advertise DDR Ram for R249, have listed 2 stores that shows available in store The glen and Southgate mall. I have send my driver to Southgate mall on Tuesday, they said its dark they cant see anything. Send my driver again on Wednesday with the printout from website. They confirmed with driver they have but the price is wrong on website. I phoned the store and Jabula said they dont have stock but he confirmed with The Glen and they do have stock. My driver went straight from Southgate to the Glen just to be told that they cant find. Clearly they dont care about time and petrol that is waisted by their incompetence.

No care about their customers
Products is bad quality and no care about customers needs. Bought a RO system. After installation one of the pipes was leaking (I replaced it myself). The system didn`t perform as per specs . Asked if I can exchange for bigger system and was told NO (was willing to pay for new filters and was only used for an hour), it must be installation problem. Keep in mind it was one inlet pipe, one outlet pipe and a drain pipe? So is it an installation problem.

Poor service
Terrible services at Nando's Sunward Park. Went through drive ordered 4 meals, added 4 drinks (on menus showed R16 extra a drink with meals) after getting slipped showed I was charged R40 a drink. Lady said its a mistake but to late to fix it. Asked for a manager but was refused. Was then offered to credit 1 drink, not right but agreed. Then she give me R14 change and said it is all they can do.

Terrible service
Viewing tracking info on website says I have been notified of the charges and duty fees. One big lie, no one contacted me. I have trying to get through the whole morning tobthe COD department but no one is answering.

Never use DHL
Received terrible service on the 15/03/19. Received a Message saying parcel could not be delivered due to incorrect delivery address, was strange because it was my standard ebay delivery address and never had issues. Phoned the call center and confirmed my address and gave the building name so that the driver could find it easier ( Big Mistake). Was then advice that it was to late for delivery but I can collect at Spartan. Drove to Spartan and was first ignored for 10min and then rudely asked for my company letter. Explained what happened at told her my name and phone number was on the delivery address and I only give the company name so that the driver can find the right building. She still refused to help. I phoned the customer center again and the lady confirmed she can see the parcel made out to me and will phone Spartan branch to release parcel. Lady at Spartan still refused to help my, I should have never give company name I should have let the DHL driver drive up and down to hope to find me. Phoned Customer service again and lady said she spoke to her supervisor and can not help me. So waisted my time and petrol because I tried to make it easier for the driver. I also pay the expensive DHL fee for good service but this was the last time, I will not use DHL again and will also spread the word of the bad service.

Lost all my point without notice
Lost R1000 worth of point without any notice. No message, no email. The only reason i buy at pnp is for the point. They wont see me again.

Bad service
<p>I never go to Nu Metro becuase I always prefer Ster Kinekor, but I received an email from Absa rewards for discounts at Nu Metro so I thought let me give it a try. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />Went to The Glen for the extreme cine just to hear that Absa is offline so no discount. Old Meat
<p>Be sure to check the meat before buying from Food Lovers Sunward Park. Drove Saturday from Germiston to buy meat for a braai. Got home and all was bad. Worst of all is I invited over family to join us, but the meat smelled so bad that we totally lost our appetites.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is no the second time that I got bad meat from the same store. Dont think I will buy there again.</p>
