Has taken ages to get my account verified, joined 01/05/2025 and still haven't been able to get it verified. The fact you can deposit like 3 times without account verification is mind-blowing, but get this you actually can't deposit once you start the verification process and now gr 6 almost 7 days I can't do anything on my account. Bonus and such is great but not if your account is kind of unusable until you get approved, I had no issues with account verification on Springbok Casino - the sister site to Thunderbolt Casino. You'd think they would have a system to allow users of both to just verify one. Because I am ultimately using exactly the same documents as I did on Springbok Casino

I am shocked that my review was taken down, simply because I was telling the honest truth. You and I both know that there was no personal information in that review, and your actions in taking it down have proven there is more to my issue than you, the company, will even admit. Btw, I am still waiting for someone, anyone, to contact me, and with this situation I believe that no help will be provided even if contact is made.
I would like to acknowledge the outstanding support provided by, Chuma Zuzani, the customer service representative I interacted with. Nevertheless, my experience with DebtBusters has been significantly negative, leading me to seriously contemplate terminating my service agreement. I have been trying to resolve the same issue with DebtBusters as well as my creditors who they should be dealing with on my behalf for the last 3 months and every single time I submit a query nobody ever gets back to me so that is my review

<p>took my Samsung S6 in for screen repairs and was told it would take between 3-5 working days, a week and a half later I still have not received my mobile device ... In addition to that I have tried to contact the technical department numerous times and not once have I received a reply or feed back ... This is also not the first time I received disgusting service from Samsung Repairs Center... A year ago it took in my galaxy S5 for screen repairs and that took close to 3 months before I got my device back, same situation happened I tried contacting them and not once did I receive the help I asked for ... So I highly recommend that no uses the Samsung Repair Center on 14th Avenue </p>
