I sold my house over a year ago and cancelled my security contract. I have emailed and emailed but I’m still getting charged monthly for both a radio fee and the security fee. The reason I sold my house and left the country was due to break-ins which despite having the alarm activated Endure never responded to. The excuse was that the alarm had technical difficulties. If this is not resolved I’m going to have to go the expensive legal route to recover money from these ******. My bank will only stop one month debit order at a time.
I ordered my watch on Wednesday and the courier was at my gate this morning! (1 day) The communication from these guys is top-notch. This is my second purchase from them and I will continue to buy from these guys. Brilliant service in a time when others have no service ethic.
Takes the money from your account and THEN fails. Anyone who writes banking software should be aware that the very LAST thing you do is the transaction. If there is a failure you roll-back that transaction. Now I have to contact the vendor and try to convince them that I have actually paid. Hardly the easy and convenient experience they advertise.
Incredible delivery time and communication every step of the way. We ordered on Tuesday and they arrived Thursday morning in KZN. 5 stars to these guys. I won't buy Salomons anywhere else now.
For the second month running on my fixed LTE-A - the data is zero. I loaded a top-up last month and reported the incident. A usage report was sent to me which clearly showed only 12gb of 100gb was used. This month no data has been used from the contract, only the top-up. As I said before - no data is available. Telkom has not responded to my last email to the support person. We are running network analytics on the router which shows that no data is being used that cannot be accounted for. If this is not corrected within 24hrs I will stop the debit order and initiate legal action against Telkom.
I recently purchased a high-end pre-owned watch to add to my wife's collection. The service I've had from Adriaan and his team is absolutely amazing. They know exactly what they are talking about and obviously have a deep appreciation and knowldege of watches. I will, without a doubt, be buying from them again. In this day and age where everyone just seems to be bottom-line driven, it's incredibly refreshing to find people who really care about the customer. Others should take note.
