Side step Eastgate bad service
Side step Eastgate I did a laybye paid over a R1000 then on Thursday 18 Dec 25 I went to ask for a refund as my receipt says the lady by the till said the already banked the money they will deposit on Saturday I gave them my banking details they didn't deposit then I went Saturday morning she said she doesn't have money she will deposit Saturday wich was 20 Dec 25 and she didn't there is no way that in this 2 days they did not make a thousand rand she is taking me for a fool because if it was a white person they would have acted on the matter professional, I felt disrespected and undermined, I need my Money!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. THEY SOLD THE SHOES THAT WAS ALREADY ON LAY BYE..
I am very disappointed with stepSide store in Eastgate,,, my sister did a shoe lay bye for her son.. And yesterday when she went to collect the shoes she was told that they sold them😫😫😖and the staff was very rude... She then asked for a manager (Atlas) and still they couldn't assist,, they gave her away her money she deposited for lay bye.. And now her son will not have shoes to wear on Christmas day as we will be going to family function... This is so frustrating,, and disappointing at the same time. I mean how do u sell an item which is already on someone's name... And u don't want to take accountability 😫😫😫😭 Customer name :Kingsley ngobeni 067 1988 443
