Refund my money SideStep Westgate

I returned Puma Sneakers for a refund on Wednesday 27th Novermber 2024 which I bought on on the 24th November 2024 at Sidestep Westgate Mall. I was helped by the lady call Gale, she told me that they had no money in the store to refund me they took my details and promised to call me on Monday but she never called. When I called her colleague told me she was off I should call on tuesday which is today. When I call they put me o hold then hung up without telling me anything. I just want my money back. I didnt wear those sneakers. And their slip says I will be refunded when the purchased product is returned in a sellable condition and it is so I dont understand why they giving me the run around. I just want my money back.
