Worst admin and customer service

Bought and paid for a pair of glasses from this company last year, today I get a call from their lawyers that I have been handed over cause I owed them R72!!!!!!!!! I don't owe anyone any monies... If they check their emails and answer their calls they would have captured all my proof of payments.

I've placed a second order for glasses which I want to now cancel cause this company has left a very sour taste in my mouth... Will not be using them anymore no matter what.
