Extremely disappointed with Zoom, it's been two days with no fibre, noone answers the landline that's on their Web page, was told someone would call me back to resolve the issue when I spoke to thier agents on WhatsApp. Another day is going by and still nothing Meanwhile I pay for a full subscription and service,and I get below average service. I have missed two full days of work due to this unessesary inconvenience and the call centre agents seem to not care one bit.... I will be cancelling my account, I cannot afford this service at all. This review doesn't even deserve this 1 star rating at all.
If there was a half a star what is exactly what i would rate Makro`s online service,i have never been this disappointed in such a big company like Makro before,bought a Tv box from them on the 21/22nd December 2024,was then delivered a week later...all good,then to realize that my TV is not compatible, quickly send through an inquiry to get it collected before the 14th day return make was over....that is were all the issues unfolded,call`s were lies after lies after lies about how they are waiting on Courier guy to create a way bill,emails were left unresponsive. They then finally came to collect on the 24th January 2025,now I`m still waiting on feedback on my refund,calling them is an absolute waste of time and energy as nothing will be done besides brush you off with more lies.....i will not buying anything anymore from their online store,disgusting customer service and no manger or superior to report this matter to.they are all just doing their own thing and no body cares about the customers you are loosing in the process
This retail shop is the absolute worse they are very quick to take your money but can not deliver on there promise. To day I'm still waiting on my refund from the when they told me that what I've bought is out of stock
Bought and paid for a pair of glasses from this company last year, today I get a call from their lawyers that I have been handed over cause I owed them R72!!!!!!!!! I don't owe anyone any monies... If they check their emails and answer their calls they would have captured all my proof of payments. I've placed a second order for glasses which I want to now cancel cause this company has left a very sour taste in my mouth... Will not be using them anymore no matter what.
This one star I`ve rated this company doesn't even deserve it at all,i have been requesting for my refund from before the 27th April 2024,it is now the 14th May and nothing is being done about it instead when i call requesting this my calls gets cut off and the lady by the name of Kgomotso has done nothing with this situation ,but send me from pillar to post lying about my money...this matter will be taken further and the customer service for Vox is beyond terrible for a paying customer,will most defiantly not be using them any more.
If there was an option to rate Cubana a minus one i would,the service we received was beyond unacceptable,i had ordered a G&T but the drink was more water then anything else,when i went to complain about this at the bar,the staff members all gathered around the so called bar man to insinuate that i was drunk and couldn't taste the alcoholic drink any more,i was so shocked at this comment and asked to speak to the manager who then tasted my drink and confirmed that it was indeed water only,there is absolutely no respect to any paying customer in that Establishment and i am absolutely shocked that it is still operational,just to add on.....you are forced to tip the waiter 10% even if they gave you sh%t service,which makes no sense to me at all......I will not be going to that place ever again.
