I bought a booster set on 2024-07-19 which according to their website, is covered with 2 year warranty. On 3 December 2025 the antenna broke out of the connector plate. So I mailed them for a replacement. The first answer I got was: You can purchase the replacement antenna by following the link below: https://www.signalboosters.co.za/product/powerful-multi-directional-lpda-antenna-800-2700/ Best regards, Diana Collins Customer Support Specialist
I then rep**** it is still under warranty, so please replace it. Then they answered: Please note that the outside antenna is not covered under warranty.
Really stupid, because if you follow the link: there is mentioned again 2–year warranty. When I brought that to their attention they rep**** as follows: The warranty does not cover physical damage. In real use, if an antenna is broken by the customer, it cannot be repaired or replaced under warranty. I hope this clarifies the situation. We are not able to replace the item at our own cost. So they dare to accuse me, without proof, that I broke it. Moreover they added a new exception that anyway no warranty on physical damage. This is nowhere mentioned on the website or on the invoice.
Conclusion: they will not give you any warranty whatever they promise you when you buy from them. So my advice don’t buy from them
