I bought a booster set on 2024-07-19 which according to their website, is covered with 2 year warranty. On 3 December 2025 the antenna broke out of the connector plate. So I mailed them for a replacement. The first answer I got was: You can purchase the replacement antenna by following the link below: https://www.signalboosters.co.za/product/powerful-multi-directional-lpda-antenna-800-2700/ Best regards, Diana Collins Customer Support Specialist I then rep**** it is still under warranty, so please replace it. Then they answered: Please note that the outside antenna is not covered under warranty. Really stupid, because if you follow the link: there is mentioned again 2–year warranty. When I brought that to their attention they rep**** as follows: The warranty does not cover physical damage. In real use, if an antenna is broken by the customer, it cannot be repaired or replaced under warranty. I hope this clarifies the situation. We are not able to replace the item at our own cost. George M. So they dare to accuse me, without proof, that I broke it. Moreover they added a new exception that anyway no warranty on physical damage. This is nowhere mentioned on the website or on the invoice. Conclusion: they will not give you any warranty whatever they promise you when you buy from them. So my advice don’t buy from them
I bought in 2019 a Lithium battery pack and later on I added a second battery. That turned out to be a problem. We have been struggling to get it 100% and in the end they replaced it with a new single unit During that period they provided good support and communication. They did have the proper knowledge even from the inverter and other system parts. So we got it to function properly during the past load shedding period, no Eskom necessay! That said I do accept the possibility of having problems and then the service will show what the company is about. In this case a very excellent & outstanding service. So I can recommend them.
I bought a weather station and the outdoor sensor had twice a problem within guarantee. They replaced it both times and they provided very good support and communication. I am so sorry I found these reviews to late, because I have the same overall bad experience with this firm! The story: I bought a Jacuzzi in April and got it installed in June. NOT assembled at all. They had to put it together with the wrong materials and my tools. So I stopped them at a certain point which would do more damage then good. After a long wait and mails and telephone calls from me, they came out again and had again the wrong material with them to connect the cover to the Jacuzzi. Finally they mails me that this was the case that they were not going to supply the clips. So they considered the job done with the missing items. I proposed to have it a) corrected, b) return the Jacuzzi, c) I accept, but don’t pay the remaining 5%. This is Ernst's reply: Void your warranty on the Jacuzzi from today and I hand you over to Accountability that handle these cases for us. So I have a (bad) Jacuzzi with a cover which I can’t close or keep it locked with straps. Moreover the quality of the product is not good at all. It’s not leveled (bought it with stand included), the sides are not aligned, the nozzles are all on different heights, etc.
