I have been contacting DSTV since Monday 28 December 2020. I have made to date 8 calls, and it is only 31 December 2020. I have requested the price-lock division to contact me so that I can get the new DSTV ultra decoder. I was told they contacted me and when I asked they had contacted another number. I was promised by DSTV every day that price-lock would contact me the next day. What must be done to actually get service from DSTV. If had to give DSTV a rating I would rate them a 0. I have also been battling for months to get my showmax sorted out and get pushed from pillar to post.
A person pays a large amount on a premium package but gets 0 service.
