Disappointed by a toilet cleaner and a selective listening manager

I'm unhappy that as a patron and customer at Signet terrace I am excluded and picked on I used one of the public toilets at Signet terrace and a cleaner the who seems to have a problem with me picked on me again. I spoke to the manager about this strangely when I spoke to him he acted like someone who understands my complaint later when he's next to the manager he actually chose to be a selective listener and that rude cleaner of his even changed stories when she saw the manager he dismissed everything I said from even when I was outside and could not see anything wrong with a cleaner who picks and undermines on patrons. I'm highly disappointed by his management and that cleaner. And I will let everyone I know who buys at Signet terrace how they treat people so that they no longer support any shops at Signet terrace.
