Sold a Used Item as New – No Refund, No Accountability

I bought an item from this store and only opened it a week later. To my shock, it looked used—scratches, signs of wear, and a broken charging port. It was clear this had been returned by someone else and put back on the shelf.

I took it back immediately after opening it, even though I missed the small-print return window. I was told no refund, and that it would be sent to their mechanic department. They promised to call me within 21 days. No one ever called.

I followed up myself, and now they say it can’t be fixed and insist they “never put used items back on the shelf.” I no longer have the photos I took, but I know what I saw. I’m left with a broken product and no resolution.

This has been a frustrating experience. I expected better service and transparency. I won’t be shopping here again, and I hope others check their purchases immediately and read the fine print—no matter how small.
