No product for my money

I placed an order on the 24th Jan 2025 with foxy foldaway which I paid for. After numerous, whatsapp messages, emails and phone calls (which have been ignored) I have yet to receive any communication as to where my product is. Paying for something that you don't get is in my mind construed as theft. Don't use this Company, they are absolutely useless.
