Foxy Foldaway - Steer Clear
Do not purchase or source any products from Foxy Foldaway Washlines, based in Gauteng. They claim to supply quality foldaway wash-lines. They instead have you pay up front and then eventually supply substandard product with missing parts after lengthy delays and excuses. The product supp**** also does not match their own website listed product, instead a sub standard hack product is supp****. They repeatedly give you empty promises to sort out the problem with no action actually happening, dragging it out over months. They then have the cheek to say that you must source and purchase the missing parts for their faulty incomplete product. When you instruct them that they must collect their faulty product and refund you, they have the cheek to say you must arrange the collection and return delivery at your cost to send the faulty product back etc. So be warned, steer clear of this shocking poor product and service.

No product for my money
I placed an order on the 24th Jan 2025 with foxy foldaway which I paid for. After numerous, whatsapp messages, emails and phone calls (which have been ignored) I have yet to receive any communication as to where my product is. Paying for something that you don't get is in my mind construed as theft. Don't use this Company, they are absolutely useless.

No product for my money
I placed an order on the 24th Jan 2025 with foxy foldaway which I paid for. Worst service, do not buy from Foxy Foldaway, you will be disappointed
If I could rate lower than one star I would. Placed an order for a washline on the 13th July and promptly made payment. Had to follow up with the owner for three weeks before my order could be delivered and when it arrived, the incorrect items were delivered!!! As of today, six weeks later, I'm still waiting for the correct items to be sent to me as part of my order, and the owner is not responding to my calls Absolutely the worst service I have ever received

Shockingly Poor Service
Extremely dissatisfied with the service I received during the installation of my foldaway washline. The entire process has been nothing short of disappointing. On May 5th, 2024, I placed an order for a foldaway washline with Foxy Foldaway Washlines….Payment was promptly made upfront, as requested. Despite the payment, the installation was significantly delayed. As of June 27th, 2024, I am only now receiving the completed installation. The company owner, ‘Brian,’ has been unresponsive. Calls and messages have gone unanswered, leaving me frustrated and without updates. I want to acknowledge the efforts of the KZN Installer, ‘Siva.’ He made additional trips to complete the installation, which should not have been necessary. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. The service provided has been shockingly poor.

Bad service
I contacted them about installation of my washing line , they asked me to send them pictures , which I did , however they did not respond to my enquiry. I called them twice after to please remember to respond , it’s been over a month and they have not responded

Once I made the payment they immediately responded: "Hi Theo, Thank you for the prompt payment - order updates to follow Regards Brian Tregoning The Foxy Foldaway Sales Team" A week later and follow-up emails they have not responded and I am still waiting for my expensive washing line!!!!

Ripped Off by washing Line Manufacturer
<p>I purchased a foldaway washing Line from the above Manufacturer in May 2017. I paid an amount of R 1971.00 including installation . However when we used the line the following day, the washing line collapsed and injured my husband and damanged his glasses.</p> <p>I complained about this to the owner, via a string of emails and 2 weeks later the installer " repaired " the washing line. When we tried to use the washing line for a 2nd time, the lines caved in and all the washing fell on the floor. I then requested for a collection of the washing Line and a full refund. Despite the Company collecting the washing Line and sending me a credit note for the value of the washing line less the installation on 06 July 2017, I am still waiting for my refund. I have sent several emails asking for my moneyto be transferred to my bank account, but to date the owner just avoids my mails. I am now out of pocket with no washing line either. This Company has provided inferior service and taken my money , thus committing fraud and theft.</p>
