Pathetic service

I placed an order and they were very quick to query the payment. Once I made the payment they immediately responded: "Hi Theo, Thank you for the prompt payment - order updates to follow Regards Brian Tregoning The Foxy Foldaway Sales Team" A week later and follow-up emails they have not responded and I am still waiting for my expensive washing line!!!!
