I own a property in the complex Umoya, which is based in Sunninghill. Due to lack of regular maintenance and proper management, my ground floor unit has experienced a rising damp problem, which has ultimately caused resultant damage to the inside of my unit. This problem was reported in August 2024, and to date nothing has been done to resolve the problem. Silkon Properties are just refusing to respond, which is frustrating as this problem is now becoming a health hazard. I pay my levies on time every month - how about you now do your part?
