An account was opened with this **** Casino, I played with my hard earned cash, depositing minimum R10K a week and losing it all. At some point I played until I had about R25K. Made a withdrawal but it was stuck for the entire weekend on pending, where I eventually reversed it and lost it all again. I'm total I can safely say that I deposited over R40K in a space of a month and never withdrew anything. 2 weeks ago, I deposited first R3200 and I lost it. I then deposited R1180 in anger, and won R27K. I made a withdrawal and they closed my account. I enquired why my account was inaccessible, they told me I'd forfeit my winning and be refunded my total deposit for the day which is R4380. I again asked why not pay me my winning, I was told of multiple accounts which I'm not aware off. I asked for them to elaborate and sustantiate their claims, they stopped communicating.
