Excellent service and prices!
A big thank you to Jeffrey and Alicia for always being helpful in our time of need! No matter how big or small the issue is, the staff at Silverton Compressors are always there to help us out.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
<p>Silverton Compressors cc t/a Air Service Centre</p> <p> </p> <p>Long story short, we sent in a compressor for repair and when we collected it and swithched it on at our factory, it kept tripping the power in the factory. (This was not thier fault as we found out it was a faulty plug) But when we asked them to come and have a look at what the problem could be they sent out a technition to test it and he was the one that concluded it was just the plug. All good and well.... then we got an invoice for a call out out fee of R872.10 which is rediculas as we were never informed of this beforehand, otherwise we would have just taken the compressor back to them ourselves. They are litrally 2km from our factory.</p> <p>After disputing this them we were just told we had to pay and unfortunatly that is thier company policy and it was just a communication error.</p> <p>After getting some legal avise we were told to pay atleast half of the amount in good faith which we did and we also informed them of this. A few days later we get the same invoice were they requested the balance to be paid!!!! </p> <p>After all the phone calls and e-mails to and from, we decided to pay the balance BUT KNOW THIS - WE WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN - EVER!!!!!!!</p> <p>Terrible, terrible TERRIBLE!!!</p>
